Irene Arlette Werthmann, LCSW-S provides effective, compassionate care for children, teens, and adults. Arlette has extensive expertise with the child welfare system, complex mental health issues, and work with families. Arlette has deep roots in El Paso, having been born and raised here. She left to attend university, and to pursue social work in other areas of Texas. Now she's brought her expertise back to her hometown.

Cris Zubia, LPC received his bachelor’s degree from the New Mexico State University in Psychology and his master’s degree from the University of Texas at El Paso in Mental Health Counseling. He has spoken on LGBTQI panels and individually about his experience as a transgender man at New Mexico State University, University of Texas at El Paso, El Paso Community College, Park University, and United States Army Sergeants Major Academy. He was worked extensively with sexual assault and domestic violence survivors. EMDR trained

Edgar Talavera, LMSW is a queer immigrant, cancer survivor, amputee, and earned his Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at El Paso. Edgar likes listening to music, riding bicycles, and hiking. Edgar loves providing individual therapy and advocating for people dealing with depression and anxiety. EMDR trained

Niyell Ascencio is an LPC is Mexican American, and is fully bilingual in Spanish. She’s very passionate about working with the minority communities and has worked with a range of age groups from children to adults. Her counseling experience consists of working with children and families, higher education students, those struggling with substance abuse, as well as victims of domestic violence and trauma. Niyell has worked in the ESL departments in the school system and also in the The Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) emergency shelters for unaccompanied minors. Niyell received her Bachelors in Psychology and Spanish Studies from Texas Lutheran University and her Masters of Counseling and Guidance from Texas A&M University in San Antonio.
