Healthy Relationships Therapy Group
Fridays
6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
All are welcome to join group sessions to learn how to identify unhealthy habits and improve relationships. We will discuss communication styles, active listening, and boundary setting. Our focus will be on relationship building whether romantic, familial, or in other friendships in your life.
We ask that all participants be able to participate in all 8 sessions. Each session is $5.

Managing Grief and Loss Telehealth/Virtual

Therapy group for persons who have lost a loved one within the past 12 months.
We ask that all participants be able to participate in all 8 sessions. Each session is $5.

Gender Creative Kids Group
Saturdays

This is a safe space created for gender creative children and their families to gather via zoom for emotional support and opportunities to socialize within the community. All are welcome here and there is no fee to join.
Reservations are confirmed individually via e-mail by the meeting facilitator at monica@borderlandrainbow.org.

This virtual support group is designed to serve the needs of LGBT folks and their allies who are struggling with substances. Join a recovery community where you can be supported in your whole identity.

The BRC offers LGBT teens a safe space where youth can access therapeutic support, peer affirmation, and socialization. A great group for teens struggling with coming out to family and friends, bullying, dating, friends, etc.
