CBT for Depression & Anxiety

New cohort starting soon!

All are welcome to join group sessions to learn how to use CBT skills to manage symptoms of depression and anxiety. We will discuss distorted thinking, reality checking, and other techniques for improving your mood over time.

We ask that all participants be able to participate in all 8 sessions. Eight 1.5 hour session for  $80.

Spring Fling Fun Fair

May 7th 10am-4pm

All are welcome to join in this fun family event at the beautiful Memorial Park reserve area. Come learn about resources for the LGBTQ+ community, enjoy free entertainment, join in the games and raffles. 

Bring a canned good for a free raffle ticket (limit 24 per person), this helps support our food pantry while giving you chances to win, buy food, etc..

Healthy Relationships Therapy Group

All are welcome to join group sessions to learn how to identify unhealthy habits and improve relationships. We will discuss communication styles, active listening, and boundary setting. Our focus will be on relationship building whether romantic, familial, or in other friendships in your life.

We ask that all participants be able to participate in all 8 sessions. Eight 1.5 hour session for  $80.

Virtual Stonewall Addictions Peer Support Group

This virtual support group is designed to serve the needs of LGBT folks and their allies who are struggling with substances. Join a recovery community where you can be supported in your whole identity.

The BRC offers LGBT teens a safe space where youth can access therapeutic support, peer affirmation, and socialization.  A great group for teens struggling with coming out to family and friends, bullying, dating, friends, etc.

This group will be held virtually.

Join family members, parents, and guardians in supporting each other in their journey with transgender, non-binary, or genderqueer children and family members.

Drag Queen Story Hour

Drag Queen Story Hour is a local affiliate of the national Drag Queen Story Hour movement.

Keep your eyes on our calendar (above), our Facebook page and our Instagram feed for announcements of our monthly Story Hours featuring local drag performers reading books to children and leading arts activities.
