Finding Healing through Sound Bathing
This workshop will be a sound bath experience where you allow yourself to get into a meditative state and you are bathed in sound vibrations usually from quartz crystal singing bowls but many other different acoustic instruments can also be used like drums, rattles, tuning forks, etc. I will guide you through some breath exercises, we will use sound to cleanse our energy centers, and then I will guide you on a journey through sound with a short meditation. This type of event can make you feel calm, peaceful, and refreshed.

Healing With Reiki
Learn how Reiki helps in healing the physical, emotional, traumas and the spiritual. Then sit in the comfort of your own home for a Group Distance Reiki Session. After the session Michelle will go over what she saw, felt and heard during the session. You'll be able to ask questions and discuss (if comfortable) the what and how you felt about the Reiki session.
