Arlette has extensive expertise with the child welfare system, complex mental health issues, and work with families. Arlette has deep roots in El Paso, having been born and raised here. She left to attend university, and to pursue social work in other areas of Texas. Now she's brought her expertise back to her hometown.

Cris Zubia, LPCA received his bachelor’s degree from the New Mexico State University in Psychology and his master’s degree from the University of Texas at El Paso in Mental Health Counseling. He has spoken on LGBTQI panels and individually about his experience as a transgender man at New Mexico State University, University of Texas at El Paso, El Paso Community College, Park University, and United States Army Sergeants Major Academy.
